Ecuadorean university receives Dentsply Sirona dental treatment units

QUITO, Ecuador: The Central University of Ecuador has recently been equipped with 49 INTEGO treatment units from the world’s largest dental manufacturer, Dentsply Sirona, and is the first educational institution in Latin America to receive the company’s equipment. Through its comprehensive on-site consultancy services, the company helps universities and dental clinics design and install training and treatment spaces, giving future dentists the opportunity to learn about the latest technologies, such as these state-of-the-art treatment centers, in the dental industry during their studies.

Dentsply Sirona survey shows patients prefer single-visit dentistry

WALS, Austria: An international survey of over 3,700 participants in Germany, Brazil, France, Italy, Japan and China conducted by Dentsply Sirona has found that a large majority of patients would prefer to be treated in a single visit, particularly with regard to dental restorations. To receive this service, many are willing to travel further and about two-thirds said that they would even consider changing their dentist.

Dentsply Sirona introduces enhanced range of TiBases at EAO congress

PARIS, France: Global dental manufacturer Dentsply Sirona has expanded its range of CEREC TiBases for use with additional major implant systems, including those from Dentsply Sirona Implants. Together with the corresponding ScanPosts, the new TiBases enable delivery of hybrid custom abutments and screw-retained crowns in a single visit. The components are currently on display at the 25th annual scientific congress of the European Association for Osseointegration (EAO) in Paris.
